Fenugreek- Fenugreek seeds (Methi Dana) are known for their sugar lowering properties. FENFUROTM is a first of its kind, safe nutraceutical derived from fenugreek seeds through a patented process. Jamun- Jamun helps control the blood sugar. But be careful, too much of it can cause sore throat too.
