Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) Complete Solution in India Prosman
The Complete solution of BPH in India for any disease depends on two things i.e. complete understanding of the disease as well as the mechanism by which the disease develops inside a body. These two factors decide which treatment can be chosen to prevent the development of the disease. Thus, it is necessary to first understand what the disease is!
Complete Solution of Bph in India.
What Is Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH)?
In humans, the walnut-shaped gland i.e. prostate gland surrounds the urethra (the tube that carries urine from the bladder out of the body). As the prostate gland gets bigger, it squeezes or partly blocks the urethra. This condition of enlargement of the prostate gland is known as Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH). This often causes problems with urinating. We have the complete solution of bph in india
Generally, BPH develops in all men as they age. But it is usually not a serious problem. About half of all men older than 75 years have some symptoms of BPH.
What Are The Symptoms of BPH?
The symptoms of BPH are mostly related to urinary problems such as:
- Trouble getting a urine stream started and completely stopped (dribbling).
- Often feeling like you need to urinate. This feeling may even wake you up at night.
- A weak urine stream
- A sense that your bladder is not completely empty after you urinate
- Bladder pain or pain while urinating
- In a small number of cases, BPH may cause the bladder to be blocked, making it impossible or extremely hard to urinate. This problem may cause backed-up urine (urinary retention).
- Bladder infections or stones
- Kidney damage
These symptoms can vary throughout the day with mild symptoms after standing or walking and more pronounced symptoms after lying down.
What Causes This Enlargement of the Prostate Gland?
-
Age
BPH is probably a normal part of the aging process in men, caused by changes in hormone balance and in cell growth. This is the most common cause of BPH in the maximum affected population. We at Prosman have A COMPLETE SOLUTION OF BPH IN INDIA.
Studies suggest that the development of BPH is a consequence of fibrosis and weakening of the muscular tissue in the prostate. This muscular tissue is important in the functionality of the prostate and provides the force for excreting the fluid produced by prostatic glands. Misc repairs due to aging make the muscular tissue weak in functioning and the fluid secreted by glands cannot be excreted completely. Then, the accumulation of fluid in glands increases the resistance of muscular tissue affecting prostate gland. Worsening of this condition causes BPH.
-
Hormonal imbalance
It is considered that male hormones i.e. androgens (testosterone and related hormones) play a major role in the development of BPH. This means that androgens must be present for BPH to occur, but do not necessarily directly cause the condition.
Dihydrotestosterone (DHT), a metabolite of testosterone, is a critical mediator of prostate growth because it is synthesized in the prostate from circulating testosterone by the enzymatic action. DHT binds to nuclear androgen receptors and enhances the production of growth factors that are involved in prostate gland enlargement.
There is some evidence that estrogen may play a role in the cause of BPH. This effect appears to be due to the conversion of androgens to estrogen in the prostate tissue rather than a direct effect of estrogen itself. This imbalance also causes prostate gland enlargement.
Currently Available Treatments for BPH
Once BPH is confirmed through a urine test and rectal exam, treatment to stop the disease is initiated by consulting doctor. These treatment options are:
Monotherapy
- Alpha one adrenoreceptor (α1-AR) blockers
They are very helpful to treat BPH. They treat the BPH by blocking α1-receptor-mediated sympathetic stimulation to relax the smooth muscles in the prostate.
All these agents produce their effects on voiding within hours of administration, regardless of prostate size, without altering serum prostate-specific antigen or volume.
Currently available α1-blockers include the nonselective α1-blockers, terazosin, doxazosin, and alfuzosin, and the highly selective α1A-blocker, tamsulosin.
Disadvantage: The greatest safety concern associated with the use of these agents is the occurrence of vasodilatory symptoms such as dizziness and orthostatic hypotension resulting from inhibition of α1-AR.
-
5 alpha reductase inhibitors (5 ARIs)
5 ARIs inhibit the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT), the primary androgen involved in both normal and abnormal prostate growth. There are currently two 5 ARIs licensed for the management of BPH i.e. finasteride and dutasteride.
Disadvantage: Side effects of 5 ARI treatments mainly relate to sexual function with a decreased libido, erectile dysfunction, and decreased ejaculation.
BPH & Ayurveda
Natural therapies have a long history of use in India to support optimal prostate health. These include:
- Gokshura (gokhru) orTribulus terrestris
- Shilajit – a herbo-mineral compound ejected out of rocks
- Kshaaras – the alkaline salts obtained from the ash of medicinal plants
- Ushira (Vetiveria zizanioides)
- Swet Chandan (Santalum album)
- Khadir or Areca catechu
- Shatavari or Asparagus racemosus
- Punarnava or Hog Weed
And, many more
Prosman – One Clinically-proven Solution for Bph
Prosman is a new hope for enlarged prostate gland (BPH) patients. It is a first of its kind product to aid BPH treatment. Prosman is recently clinically tested to effectively manage BPH.
According to its clinical study on humans, it has no side effects and is safe for human consumption. During its clinical study, 94% of the patients showed a 29.46% decrease in the prostate volume. 93% of the patients had a mildly enlarged prostate, whereas on completion of the treatment with Prosman 43% of the patients showed normal.
How Prosman Exerts Such Beneficial Effect?
The main active constituents present in Prosman are beta-sitosterol & decoys lferulate, which prevents the enlargement of the prostate. Prosman has been derived from Prunus domestica.
Prunus domestica contains numerous beneficial constituents, including phytosterols such as beta-sitosterol, which exhibit anti-inflammatory action by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins in the prostate.
Other prunus components include ferulic esters, which reduce levels of prolactin (a hormone that promotes testosterone uptake in the prostate gland) and pentacyclic triterpenes which inhibit an enzyme involved in inflammation and help reduce edema.
Scientists believe that these phytochemicals work together to help counteract the structural and biochemical changes associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Prunus may help to prevent the overgrowth of prostate cells that can contribute to improving the state of BPH. Research suggests that Prunus may do this by inhibiting fibroblast growth factor.
Thus, Prosman has brought new hope for BPH patients to relieve them from the disease completely. you want more information about Benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) click here
